🎳 How To Adjust Ac Idle Up

Hi Corolla AE100 5A-FE engine. 246000Km Odometer. when cold start (around 27 degrees C) car start fine and idle around 900-1000rpm. if I turn on AC, engine suddenly become slow and AC clutch disengage to prevent engine stall. sometimes engine stall. when I drive, car feel lack of power. this car idle 800-900rpm when warm. turning on ac, slight increase rpm and runs fine. no idle drop. this When the engine is idle, the throttle body is supposed to adjust the opening to maintain an ideal idle speed. As you turn the AC on, the throttle opening should adjust itself to maintain a proper idle speed even with the added load. However, a clogged-up throttle body fails to do that and causes insufficient air to pass through, putting more To set the timing you have to set the idle at 750, but to set the idle at 750 timing has to be correct, which it is, but it's set at a higher idle. So I'm hoping i'm not pissing in the wind trying to tune the carb with the timing set at the 1100 rpm. If so I'll have to order a diagnostic tach and start over. Adjust the PS idle up first using the two 17mm nuts until the the pushrod/actuator contacts the throttle linkage just enough to give the correct idle speed increase when the steering is turned, then tighten the nuts. Then switch on the AC. Idle problem on 3vze. I have a 94 4Runner with the 3.0L. On warmup the engine surges at idle and if I rev up to 3000rpm it drops 800rpm and runs rough. Looking at the Haynes manual for checking the air valve it says when the engine is cold the rpm should drop when the idle adjustment screw is turned closed. If the engine is warm the rpm should 1. Removed brake booster vacuum line and plugged it= no change, still have high rpm that climbs all the way from 1600 at start up to over 3000 rpm if I don't shut car off. 2. Removed large vacuum plug on lower front of carb=the already high rpms took off and started climbing really quickly. Details are as follows: 1999 Honda CR-V. Model: RD-1. Engine: B20B (distributor ignition) Vehicle came in for idle & engine stutter issue (idle rpm would drop & then recover). Especially when AC turned on. No check engine light on, scanned & no fault codes. Mechanic found engine oil had leaked past spark plug seals & into spark plug holes. Set the A/C idle up control screw to 1100-1200 RPM with the A/C on and idling in Park. See if this cures your surging problem. Remove the idle speed adjusting slug and make sure the O-ring is in good condition, replace if needed (this could cause the idle speed to be too high). Follow the instructions in the FSM to adjust the TPS. Take the paper clip and open it up and form it into a big "U" shape. Insert the clip ends into the ALDL in the β€˜A’ and β€˜B’ pins. Turn on the ignition, but don’t start the engine. Wait 30 seconds. Now, go remove the connector from the IAC. Start engine. You are now going to adjust "minimum air". There is a Torx screw on the side of the .
